Our Board assumes overall responsibility for Ausgrid's
corporate governance, overseeing the performance of
the organisation, our management, employees and
the interests of our shareholders and stakeholders

We created our External Partner Code of Conduct to
communicate our expectations of our external partners and
their supply chains in providing goods and services to our
organisation. These expectations are grouped under four

We established several bodies to better collaborate with our
customers and become industry leaders in the
management of new technologies. These include:

drives our innovation program

Investing in our capability to protect
critical infrastructure assets
Ausgrid is investing in a range of measures designed to
reduce our highest cyber risks, including inappropriate
access to our systems, the potential loss of critical data and
supplier cyber risk. These include:
