+ Vegetable Oil Intelligence • Indonesia has finally lifted the ban on export of Palm oil with certain condition w.e.f. 23rd May, 2022. • Also export tax & levy reduced to US$ 488 from US$ 575 to stimulate export. This will increase export from Indonesia which will have dampening effect on price in world market. • The import ration of Palm oil & Soft oil (Soybean, Sunflower, Rape ect.) in May, 2022 was narrowed at 51:49 percent as compared to previous month (64:36 percent).
