Concurrence of Membership in a Statutory Body and Employment Under the current legislation and case law, it is not recommended that a member of a corporation's statutory body performs their office within an employment relationship with the company. Instead, such person should conclude an agreement on performance of the office governed by the Act on Business Corporation, not the Labour Code. 59
