course. Pricing and managing risks of such instruments as

considered to critically evaluate their investment

securities in context of Bangladesh is outlined in this course. The
regulatory bodies, compliance, and acts pertinent for efficient operation
of legal contingencies are depicted via primary sources and
case-studies of significance.
