The BCM includes Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), which provide contingency strategies to prevent situations such as the physical access of employees to the Company's offices or disruptions in technology critical assets. In 2015, the Business Continuity Management Policy was published, giving formal support to the BCM program, and a Business Continuity Plan was prepared specifically focused on Distribution Centers (DCs).
