UNDUPLICATED NUMBER OF RENT AND INCOME- RESTRICTED HOUSING UNITS Properties receive funding from multiple sources, so if you just sum them up you double-count the units. Properties that participate in multiple programs must adhere to the guidelines of the program with the most restrictive guidelines. So not only do you need to control for multiple programs, must control for multiple guidelines.
