Licensees with less than 10 employees Licensees covered by the information security program of another licensee Licensees subject to HIPAA that submit written certification of compliance with HIPAA Licensees that certify compliance with the New York Cyber Security Regulation and pertinent provisions of the SC Insurance Data Security Act including prompt investigation and cybersecurity event notification ➤ Note: If a licensee ceases to qualify for an exception (exemption), the licensee has 180 days to come into compliance with the law.
