Perceived risk - Satellite Broadband (Next-Gen) о Good for cruise ships, military, extremely rural areas. О Much higher latency than fiber. One desk-sized satellite covers 92,200 square miles. Utah alone covers 84,900 square miles. The incumbent telecoms outspend UTO PIA/UIA on marketing and public relations efforts.
