Appeal before Punjab Service Tribunal (Section-19) Aggrieved by any final order passed under section 16 or section 17 - within thirty days from the date of communication of the order, - prefer an appeal to the Punjab Service Tribunal. If no decision on a departmental appeal or review petition, within a period of sixty days:- - - The affected employee may file an appeal in the Punjab Service Tribunal within a period of thirty days of the expiry of the aforesaid period, - No Action by the authority concerned.
