(1) To obtain our retention rate, we determine (i) the gross ticket fees generated by all creators in the year prior to the year of measurement (Prior Year Gross Ticket Fees) and (ii) the gross ticket fees those creators generated in the applicable
year of measurement (Measurement Year Gross Ticket Fees). We calculate our retention rate for a measurement period by dividing the Measurement Year Gross Ticket Fees by the Prior Year Gross Ticket Fees.
