B 1Grou Selected projects update Emerald Hills The heating plant for the Emerald Hills project is fully automated and built using the latest technologies available. Today the heating plant is 90% complete and is on schedule to begin functioning on time for the completion of Stage 1 of the building project. The heating plant has six boilers with a total capacity of 78 MWt. Hot water is supplied to the residents of the Emerald Hills complex by heat exchangers located directly in each of the buildings.
