Upgradation of Research Laboratories in Faculty of Pharmacy
Keeping in view the vision and mission of University of Central Punjab, the research culture
is promoted by the university management. Faculty of Pharmacy has achieved one of their
strategic goals by upgrading their research laboratory for graduate and postgraduate students.
The procurement of high-quality laboratory instruments for the Faculty of Pharmacy's research
laboratory has been delivered and being tested. These instruments will make high-quality research
in the pharmaceutical sciences easier. In the year 2022, two more research labs will be constructed
to reinforce and expand the academic and research programmes.
Faculty of Media and Communication Studies
Upgradation of TV Production House, Radio Station and NLE Lab
Faculty of Media and Communication Studies (FMCS) has achieved one of their strategic goals
by upgrading the equipment of UCP Production House for graduate and postgraduate students.
The procurement of high-quality equipment for the T.V Production House has been completed.
Upgraded equipment for TV Production includes teleprompter, camera accessories including
long-life batteries & flashgun, luxpad, windsheet, wireless microphones with enhanced ranges, and
light rod etc.

Upgradation of Equipment for Radio FM 92.6 UCP KI DUNYA at FMCS
Faculty of Media and Communication Studies has achieved another strategic goal by upgrading
equipment of Radio FM 92.6 UCP ki Dunya for Graduate and Postgraduate students. The
procurement of high-quality equipment for this Radio FM 92.6 UCP ki Dunya has been completed.
Upgraded Equipment for FM 92.6 include Voice Recorder (IC Recorder), Table Microphone
Stands (Flexible), Boom Arm Mic stands, Colored Microphone Foam Pop Filters (for Dynamic or
Simple Microphones), Microphone Foam Pop Filters (for Phantom or Condenser Microphones),
Tripod for Galaxy Tab, Collar Mic, Radio Tool kit, and TRX Stereo Connectors.
