NGEU funds support sustainable growth
Total NGEU transfers are expected to be around 2% of 2023 GDP over the next four years

Estonia's EUR 953m Recovery and Resilience Plan (including the
Recovery and Resilience Facility and RePowerEU) is expected to help
the country become more sustainable, resilient and prepared for the
green and digital transitions. 59% of the plan is expected to support
climate objectives and 22% of the plan is expected to foster the
digital transition
NGEU has allocated close to EUR 1.42bn in grants, in addition to the
EU's long-term budget grants amounting to EUR 3.37bn
The Recovery and Resilience Facility is the main source of funds, with
an expected amount of EUR 863m. The funds are expected to be
allocated in the green and digital transitions, energy efficiency,
sustainable transport and health and social sectors
The REACT-EU, RePowerEU, Just Transition Fund and the European
Agricultural Fund for Rural Development complete the NGEU budget
