• Federal Bankruptcy Rules Pending Amendments - December 1, 2021 Rule 9036 - Notice and Service Generally by Electronic Transmission Subsections added to separate methods of electronic noticing and service available to the courts from those available to an entity. Both may serve or provide notice to registered ECF users by filing documents with the system. Both may serve and provide notice to any entity by electronic means consented to in writing by the recipient.
