United States Department of State Certificate of Appreciation is presented to Bosnia and Herzegovina This certificate recognizes the peacekeeping capacity building partnership efforts of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the auspices of the United States' Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI) Bosnia and Herzegovina is the first of 11 European GPOI partner countries to reach Full Training Capability in peace operations training for military personnel. This achievement demonstrates Bosnia and Herzegovina's strong commitment to global peace and security.
