Day 1: Wassa Operations The group visited a viewing spot over Wassa Main Pit and were joined by Chief Operating Officer, Daniel Owiredu, and Wassa's General Manager, Shaddrack Sowah (not pictured). Production from Wassa Main Pit is going to cease in early 2018 as Wassa becomes an underground-only operation, focusing on higher grade, higher margin ore. GOLDEN ST⭑R
