OUTLOOK
Comprehensive management of financial
issues linked to environmental, social, and
governance (ESG) issues is key to ensuring the
long-term sustainability of our business, but
above all, to adapting to new customer and
market requirements with innovative solutions
that meet their needs.
As part of the market, our operations are
subject to many forms of regulation, including
tax regulations. We have a tax policy that
establishes the general guidelines for tax
planning, operation, and regulation in Axtel
through the application of and adherence to
current tax provisions, and the preparation
of the five-year tax plan based on the latest
business plan approved by the Board of
Directors and the corporate comptroller's
office. This strategy is reviewed annually.
