Table of Contents In July 2022, the Board authorized an increase to our quarterly dividend of8.3 percent from $1.45 per share to $1.57 per share. In July 2021, the Board authorized a 7.4 percent increase to our quarterly cash dividend on our common stock from $1.35 per share to $1.45 per share. In October 2020, the Board approved a 3.0 percent increase to our quarterly dividend on our common stock from $1.311 per share to $1.35 per share.
