TABLE OF CONTENTS PREVIOUS CHAPTER EMPLOYMENT NEXT CHAPTER 47 A minimum wage has not been determined in the legisla- ture but there exists an expectation of reasonable remu- neration for work considered normal in the sector (can also be indicated in the generally applicable collective agreement). The most used payment systems are fixed monthly salary and commission payment. During the first year of employ- ment an employee will earn annual leave at the rate of 2 days/month; after the first year, the rate will increase to 2.5 days/month. A collective agreement may provide for a holiday bonus.
