Lui Ngai Ni LUINGAI NI FESTIVALS Lui Ngai Ni is the seed-sowing festival celebrated by the Naga clans of Manipur India. The celebration is commended every year on 14-15 February toward the beginning of the spring season. Amid the celebration, the Naga clans in Manipur in particular Anal, Mao, Maram, Poumai, Tangkhul, Zeme, Liangmai, Rongmei, Puimei, Moyon, Monsang, Maring, Tarao, Lamkanq, Chothe, Kharam, Chiru, Koireng, and Thangal meet up at the assigned area to join and exhibit their rich social legacy.
