Technological Initiatives to Strengthen Operations
In FY19, the company launched an integrated mobile interface for its MFI field staff to enable seamless on-boarding of MFI customers by digitizing & standardizing the loan
origination and appraisal process. 'This technology has been successfully implemented across all the MFI branches now.'
Rolled-out the 'Jayam' initiative across the company's MFI operations to transform business processes from physical to digital. 'As a part of this initiative, the 'integrated loan
origination system (LOS) & loan management system (LMS)' is hosted on the Cloud. This system manages and tracks originations and recoveries on a real-time basis.'
In the next phase, the company will be implementing these initiatives for its MSME & 2W operations as well. However, the next phase will a bit delayed due to the Covid disruption
