We develop infrastructure in our regions of operation The Group considers infrastructure development as its main community engagement activity. By implementing infrastructure projects, the Group contributes significantly to the urban development of the cities where it is present. We are convinced that cities should reflect the needs of their residents and be convenient to live in. The Power segment has carried out activities aimed at the development of infrastructure and the urban environment, including: Construction of a children's sports- and playground in Ust-Ilimsk, Angarsk, Divnogorsk, and Tulun Construction of a modern eco-friendly game complex in Irkutsk חח Construction of a ski base in Nizhneudinsk 3 4 CONDUCT SOCIAL RESEARCH IN 2021-2022 TO DETERMINE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT GOALS FOR LOCAL COMMUNITIES. Specialised hospitals have been built, the transfer of masks and medicines to healthcare institutions has been organised, and the work of volunteers has been organised. The RUSAL Territory programme accounts for a significant share of the Group's infrastructure investment. The Group's interaction with local communities is based on regular discussions with representatives of the local community and annual community surveys to identify local challenges and target community development activities. When interacting with local communities, the Group seeks to understand and take into account local specifics and is actively involved in solving the problems faced by local communities. The Company implements a wide range of social and charitable programmes, primarily free of charge, aimed at the improvement of residents' well-being, the development of social infrastructure and the urban environment, the improvement of educational and healthcare services, support for public and children's sports, and help for vulnerable groups of people. En+ Group regularly evaluates its programmes, updates them, and introduces new ones. Assessment shows that programme results correspond to the goals set. Our contribution to the development of the regions where we operate allows us to create a positive social climate and loyalty to the Company among the population.
