including optimizing interactions with customers through new platforms
Each year's electric distribution earnings are a function of the rate formula
and are not directly determined by that year's rate update filing or the
current rates charged to customers
For a typical non-electric heat residential customer using 10,000 kWh per year, all else equal. Includes June 2021-May 2022 plan year power supply prices.
