A Freedom Boat Club is sold to a Marina as a Franchise Agreement with a heavy capital investment. Marina's become responsible for marketing, club growth, P&L, etc. Floating Lofts does the same for Marina Owners as Freedom Boat Club - but our Customers are not the same. Marinas sign with Floating Lofts without any upfront capital investment and immediate cash flow opportunity. Marinas are de-risked and have no P&L responsibly only new paying customers. Contracts are customized: 12M, 36m, 60m.
