Energy sector
Bulgaria's priorities in the energy sector are energy security, sustainable development and eco-efficient economy in the context of a more
competitive energy market.
Due to the vulnerability of energy recourse supplies, amplified by the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, measures for diversification of energy sources
became a top priority and immediate actions were undertaken, with focus on diversifying Bulgaria's sources of natural gas supply.
