NOTE: IN ORDER FOR THE INVESTOR TO CLAIM TAX CREDITS, THE BUSINESS MUST FIRST BE APPROVED AS A QNBV FOR THE PROGRAM,
THE INVESTMENT MUST BE MADE ON OR AFTER THE QNBV CERTIFICATION DATE IN THE ELIGIBLE CALENDAR YEAR AND THE INVESTOR
APPLICATION MUST MEET ALL OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
