Regional deficit estimates for 2022 and 2023
The lower transfers received from the State in 2022 compared to the extraordinary funds approved in the previous year, will
impact the public accounts of the Community of Madrid, with an expected deficit in line with the regional reference target of
0,6%, still significantly below the national average.
Regarding 2023, the deficit forecast improves substantially due to the increased resources that will be transferred from the
Regional Financing System.
