The company is part of the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. and is the 100% owner of "Central Depository of Armenia" OJSC. Membership in NASDAQ OMX Armenia is open to all companies, providing investment services and complying with the Central Bank of Armenia and NASDAQ OMX Armenia requirements.
