with its leaders, the potential
climate risks and the respective
actions for the most relevant risks,
which will be managed periodically
through a framework based on a
methodology approved with the
Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV),
in São Paulo, and with indicators
that will be monitored by the
sponsor of the Company's Climate
Change macro objective.

operations.
