PROJECT NEEDS
Investe São Paulo identifies the needs of the investor,
size of the site, skilled labor, energy, gas, water,
telecommunications, infrastructure, supply chain,
environmental aspects, tax incentives and other
factors.
SITE SELECTION
With the needs of the project identified, the Agency's
project team will research their database to identify the
best cities for each type of investment. The result of this
type of search is a long list of cities. With the long list in
hand, investors will analyze the information received
and establish a short list, based on which an agenda of
visits will be arranged.
SITE VISITS
With the short list of cities defined, it is time to take
investors to visit each city with the objective of seeing
the locations available for construction of the plant or
factory. After these visits, investors will exclude some
cities and begin a more detailed technical analysis of
the quality of the properties that are really of interest.
