Indigenous Chihuahua Today Today, the Indigenous Chihuahua population Is located primarily in the southern And southwestern portions of the state. In 2010, 109,378 persons 3 years of age and older spoke indigenous languages. Of these, 78% spoke Tarahumara and 8% spoke the Tepehuanes language.
