As of June 30, 2023, the REIT had $291.9MM drawn against its $375MM unsecured lines of credit and
$698.7MM of unencumbered assets.
The REIT has sufficient liquidity available from its credit facilities and borrowing potential on
unencumbered assets to fund committed acquisitions and development projects and to meet its capital
and operating cash requirements.
