Organizational Structure The Commission's structure consists of the Board, the office of the Director General and three Directorates headed by Executive Commissioners. The Board consists of the Chairman, Director General (Chief Executive Officer), three Executive Commissioners, two Non-executive Commissioners and a representative from the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Federal Ministry of Finance respectively.
