Refreshed strategy leverages Synlait's world-class capabilities and asset base to partner to produce high-value Advanced Nutrition and Foodservice B2B products, supported by a disciplined and well-run Ingredients business. Strategy and capital structure refresh, including an asset review, announced in June 2023 and intended divestment of Dairyworks and surplus Temuka cheese assets.
