■ Franchisees lifted customer experience - improved execution, with top performers recognised in Club 18:45(1). Stores
with the highest PSI have been the most successful in growing sales and margins
Geographic Expansion of Asia - acquisition of Malaysia and Singapore, with these markets trading well
