In our case, this participation also worked as a climate survey (our first initiative in this sense), given that, as part of the process, employees are invited to answer a questionnaire. In this "Best in People Management" study, 77% of our employees completed the survey. The online questionnaire involved questions about culture of integrity, organizational agility, responsible leadership, healthy work environment, fair reward, attractive careers, thriving individuals and engagement. As a result, announced in December 2022, we were recognized and ranked among the 35 companies that were included in the "Valor Carreira" yearbook. Based on the survey, we are carrying out an in- depth analysis, so that we can guide action plans and/or improvements internally. 76
