We constantly invest in actions to
enhance the development of our
employees. Through SPIC University, our
corporate university, we continued with
four training fronts:
• Behavioral: in 2022, we continued to
conduct online and voluntary courses
every two months
Technique: we launched and executed
the recommended training matrix for
the employees of HPP São Simão,
fulfilling the planned actions and
schedule
• Mandatory: we conduct courses
focused on health and safety, required
to carry out the role, and
• Knowledge sharing: set to be
implemented in 2023, it will provide
an opportunity for employees to
share knowledge from their own
departments with their colleagues.
In 2022, we achieved average individual
training of 57 hours. Every year, we
also conduct surveys on department
managers to identify team needs
and develop exclusive actions. In
addition, we provide scholarship and
language programs to our employees,
in accordance with the guidelines
established in our Training and
Development Policy.
