Speaker Bios MIKE DURAND Senior Vice President - Sales and Operations Michael Durand was appointed Senior Vice President - Sales and Operations in 2020, having previously served as Senior Vice President - Operations since 2015. In his current role, Mr. Durand is responsible for various facets of the Company's operations, including sales strategy, sales operations, national accounts, operations strategy, operational excellence, and fleet maintenance. Mr. Durand has held various sales leadership and field management roles since joining the Company in 2002, including branch manager, district manager, and regional sales and marketing director for the Northwest Region. He was appointed to lead the company's Pacific West Region in 2013 and subsequently named Senior Vice President, Operations in the West Division in 2015. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Durand spent several years in sales and operations leadership roles with other industrial companies.
