• The resilience of industry in bonded zones continue showing improvement trend since Q1-
2020 until Q3-2021, as can be seen from the performance in the 2021 compare to 2020, as
well as to 2019
• Workers in bonded zone were under pressure in 2020, affected by the pandemic. However,
in Q4-2020 there was an improvement in labor absorption and continued until Q3-2021
Labor absorption in bonded zones and export facilities was higher in 2021 compare to
2020
