FiscalNote recognizes revenues over the term of the agreements for its subscriptions and, as a result, there is often a lag in realizing the impact of current sales or cancellations in reported revenues by Fiscal Note, and a
significant downturn in FiscalNote's business may not be reflected immediately in its operating results.
Fiscal Note's sales cycles are variable, depend upon factors outside its control, and could cause it to expend significant time and resources prior to generating revenues.
Fiscal Note may experience fluctuations in its quarterly and annual operating results.
