Global Trends • • . • The world is shifting more to natural, healthy and organic foods. More than 90% of the food ingredients exhibited at the FIE 2022 Fair fall within the aforementioned categories. Buyers of ginger are opting for direct market linkages, as against sourcing from third party. Value addition is the main stay and not export of raw materials or commodities.
