36 Interface Prioritization • • • . To help engage the HIE Steering Committee in setting connectivity priorities for the calendar year 2020, Blueprint, OneCare and Bi-State representatives joined VITL in an ad hoc subcommittee on April 23rd to assess this year's proposal (CY20) and to come back to the larger group with a Criteria recommendation. The sub-committee worked with an Interface Prioritization Matrix that VITL created for this purpose. The matrix incorporated a list of categories and a 100-point scoring system. Interfaces were ranked in each category and given an overall Total Score to rank them in order of priority.
