Guam's Comprehensive Historic Preservation Plan Mandated by National Park Service. Covers our federally-funded Historic Preservation program on Guam. Involves an examination of Guam SHPO-GHRD strengths and weaknesses, past successes and goals for the future to provide a ROAD MAP that will guide island-wide preservation efforts across agencies and organizations. Also mandated that it be COMMUNITY-DRIVEN, with its production built on public engagement, to ensure that, despite being produced for the feds, it is grounded in local needs and desires.
