Next Steps for Implementation - NIIP and PSIP Guidelines Cabinet has: . endorsed the Guidelines for use in the preparation, appraisal and approval of projects under the PSIP, beginning with the nine pilot ministries/entities in the 2024-2025 Budget; and endorsed the Ministry of Finance, Strategic Planning, National Development & Statistics as the lead for the implementation of the Guidelines and NIIP. Implementation Plan and M&E is currently being finalised.
