Dubai Economic Update 4 3.2 3 ■ Highlights Dubai Statistics revised up its estimate of 2010 growth to 2.8% from 2.4% previously, although the 'upgrade' was largely due to technical factors. ENBD maintains Dubai's GDP growth forecast at 3% in 2011, with risks still to the downside in the context of global developments. Dubai has developed a competitive edge in trade & logistics, tourism and business services; these sectors are set to be engines of growth for the emirate going forward.
