Astomos Energy Corporation to purchase 50% of the
propane shipped from the facility

Currently have close to 75% of supply secured
Expect at least 40% of the facility's throughput to be
underpinned by tolling arrangements
■ Entered into a strategic joint venture with Royal Vopak who
will take a 30 percent interest in the Terminal
