• Prior approval of the lending organization before taking any action against employee holding a post in BPS 17 or above. If, in the light of the findings of the proceedings taken against the accused, the borrowing organization is of the opinion that any penalty may have to be imposed on him, it shall – transmit the record of the proceedings to the lending organization, and — the competent authority in the lending organization shall thereupon take action against the accused under section 13.
