Notes:
1) Included in the Non-Current Assets are Investment properties of S$1,779.8 million as at 30 September 2021 and S$1,459.4 million as at 31 December 2020. The Trust has engaged
external valuers to measure the fair value of each of its investment properties on 31 December 2020. The carrying amount as at 30 September 2021 was based on the assessment by the
Manager. The assessment took into consideration the assumption and the methodology used in the valuation on 31 December 2020 and the information available at the date of the
assessment. The changes in the carrying amount of investment properties arise from the acquisition of Puri Mall in January 2021. It is offset by the decrease in fair value of investment
properties as well as write-off of acquisition cost related to the acquisition of Puri.
2) Total equity is represented by Unitholder's funds of S$750.2 million and Perpetual Securities of S$259.1 million as at 30 September 2021 and Unitholders' funds of S$509.3 million and
Perpetual Securities of S$263.6 million as at 31 December 2020.

Net Asset Value per unit is calculated as Unitholder's funds over the units issued at the end of the period. NAV as at 30 September 2021 included 4,682.9 million of Rights Units and 63.7
million management fee units and acquisition fee units issued during the period.
