Criterion 1: The issuer confirms that the Primary Energy Demand (PED) of buildings will be at least 10 % lower than the threshold set for
the nearly zero-energy building (NZEB). In the French context, in accordance with government guidance, compliance with the RE2020
building standard is considered to meet the NZEB-10% taxonomy criterion.
Criterion 3: The life-cycle Global Warming Potential (GWP) will be calculated for buildings above 5000m2.

Criterion 2: The issuer reports that for buildings built after 31 December 2020, the building will meet the criteria specified in the Taxonomy
under 7.1.
Criterion 3: Large non-residential buildings will be efficiently operated through energy performance monitoring and assessment, in line
with the third criterion.
Solar electricity will be generated using photovoltaic (PV) technology only.
4.2. Electricity generation using
concentrated solar power (CSP)
technology
Adhere
