For information on Board fees for each member, refer to pages 38-40. Short-term variable remuneration refers to bonuses for the 2022 fiscal year, which will be paid in 2023. Long-term variable remuneration refers to amounts earned in a long-term bonus program for 2019-2021 and 2020-2022, which will be paid in 2023. Other benefits refer to holiday pay, and benefits such as company car, medical insurance (sw: sjukvårdsförsäkring), etc. Other remuneration pertains mainly to contractual severance pay and termination pay.
